What does the orange exclamation mark in the calendar mean next to my calendar status?

I still dont have a training schedule from my employer and I'm confused why there is an orange exclamation mark next to my schedule status.

Hello Tehrisa,

 

Icons like that should either display their meaning if you hover your cursor over them, or have their description right next to the icon. May we have you specify where you are seeing the orange exclamation mark? It sounds like you're on the website and not the mobile app, but do you see this icon on your schedule calendar, under the "Entire Schedule" box, or somewhere else?
