Reports for Auditor

Hi

Our auditors are looking for a summary of Gross pay, deductions, employers costs ie NI and Pension.

Our financial year does not run the same as the tax year.

Any help gratefully received - I have tried toe P30 summary but it does not have all the info required.  The only one I can see that would work is the HMRC reconciliation but it has a line for every single paerson and the report is very large.

Hi Sharon Harkins, 

It's a tricky one because all of the Payroll Module reports are built to calculate in tax months and tax years. You may have to do a bit of manipulation to get the exact data that you are looking for. This will include running multiple reports and using excel to 'subtotal' employee data. 

These are the exports that should give you the data you require:

HMRC Reconciliation (Payroll Module> Reports> Exports)

P11 YTD Report (Payroll Module> Reports> Exports)

If you have Fourth Analytics, then you will be able to access the data you need in a more efficient way.
