log in issue
I have been trying to log into hot schedule and it keeps telling me that my username and password are wrong. When I tried to change my username or password it tells me that it is still wrong and will not let me in. I tried to call someone but no one answered the help line. The information on the site is also not helpful either in my case.

The above customer is for our US Workforce Management product called HotSchedules which operates slightly differently to the Fourth Mobile App which I believe you may be referencing?
