Meal Punches Reporting

Is there a report we can run to show the actual time meals were taken? 

Right now we are diving into each employee's punch record but would like to be able to print a report, such as the Punch Records Report or Actual Hours, and have those meal times documented.

  Thanks for contacting HotSchedules!

  If you want to see the actual (rather than the scheduled) times meals are taken, you will need our Time & Attendance module as a part of your service package. If you have this module there is a "Payroll Export" report that you can run from the top-right of the Punch Records Page. On this report there is a column called "Pay Type" and any rows that have an "M" in this column will represent actual times for meals taken.
