Agency Manager- costs need to appear in weekly rota cost

I would recommend creating an 'Agency' job title for this employee to sit on, this would exclude the employee from Payroll but still allow their costs to be shown in the rota module. Please see link to community article below on how to create Agency and Contractor job titles.

Once the job title is created and assigned to the relevant locations, you would need to go into the rota module and check that salaried employees on that job title are being included in the rota wage cost.

Rotas > Administration > Location Configuration > [select location from dropdown] > Job Titles With Salary Included in Rota > Edit Job Title Salary > [tick to include salary] > Save
