There has been the odd occasion where a staff loan has been set up in error with the variable box ticked meaning it does not deduct automatically each week. Is there a report I can run to ensure they are all deducting ?

Hi @Sharon,
I'm afraid there is no report available to show Loans that are not deducting in the current period.
We have discussed Custom Reports with you in the past. You can use these to compare deductions in the previous pay run to the current payroll preview. Please see previous post about this:
