New Measurements for Employee Engagement

I would love the ability to see my availability quotient.  Availability quotient is the total hours employees are listed as available to work divided by the total number of employees.  The idea being that the more availability employees provide to their workplace, the more engaged they are.  People who want to be at work are usually engaged employees.  employees who dont want to be at work arent engaged.  HotSchedules has the availability and total employee numbers, they just need to be added together and available for users to view.
