Can you create a new division in the Rota Module by location - if so how?

Is it possible to create a new division in the rota module for training (current divisions are BOH and FOH) so that rota paid employees can be multiple employed to this division and their costs & hours monitored separately in the Weekly overview report.

Can this be done by location or are divisions a global setting for all locations?

Also, is there a report or export which will show the rota hours per division without having to filter the weekly overview V3 report for each location down to division level?

Hi Caroline,

As part of the Division creation process, the division needs to be assigned to locations so you can select only locations you wish to have the new Division. Click here to view a community article with a step by step guide to creating divisions.

 

An export that can be used to view hours for a Division without the need to filter the WOV V3 is the Employee Hours Worked Export - click here fore a community article on that export. In addition, the Analysis Page can also be viewed by Division by checking the Division Radio Button at the top of the screen.
