Fourth Health Survey app available from 18th June

Hope you are all keeping well.

Speaking with many of you, we know you are actively planning to reopen from the 4th July onwards and are making good progress with the preparations, evolving your operations to the new environment. Knowing that the safety of your team and guests is paramount to your reopening plans, we are excited to announce that further to previous communications, our in-app Health Survey will be ready for use by the 18th June. The new feature, available via the Fourth app, will enable team members to complete a short health survey each day to ensure that it is safe for them to come to work ahead of each shift. 

Here is a reminder of the what will feature in the first release:

• On opening the app, employees will be asked to confirm their responses to three health related questions.
• The questions follow NHS guidance for health screening questions.
• Submitted information will be securely and confidentially stored.
• The submissions will feed through to your scheduling solution, showing managers what team members are okay to work, who isn’t, and who hasn’t completed the survey.
