Pension 'holiday'. Some people have requested to take a 2-3 month pension holiday. Does Fourth have the capacity for us to set dates or do we need to 'un-enrol' and then 2-3 months later re-enrol them? Many thanks

I hope you are well.

 

Essentially the employees are asking to cease their pension contributions. Employees can Opt out/ Cease contributions (depending upon their circumstances) at any time. The employee can opt back into the pension scheme once they are ready to begin contributing again.

 

There is no 'pension holiday' functionality.
