Where can I find invoice on Inventory R9 from supplier with EDI

    Hi @Guillaume Mahaut​,

     

    You can find EDI invoices in the same places as manually created invoices. For example from within the Exports tab or Documents tab (Document Reconciliation is best).

    However, having looked at your portal I can see that no invoices have been received from Matthew Clark, making this a technical issue.

     

    For technical issues, I recommend for you to Raise a Technical Case with our Technical Support team. To do this, you can either escalate to the member(s) of your business who are responsible for raising cases with Fourth. Or if you are this person, you can select your name on the top right of the Customer Community and select the 'Raise a Technical Case' from the drop-down options.

    I am having a similar issue with 30 invoices from Woods Foodservice from last week. Fourt Support appear to be ignoring my requests for help looking into this matter. There is clearly a system glitch as they have been resent twice and are still not there. How can I get to the bottom of this?

    Looking at previous support tickets you have raised, Woods resending the invoices has usually resulted in them coming through - but this should not have to be necessary in the first place; they should come through first time, every time.
