Which box do I need to tick to report on the above filed from pay&tax details please? I cannot seem to find it when trying to create a customized report

Hi @Katarzyna Kuzmicka ,
I don't believe there is a specific 'Attached with' field in Customer Reports, but there is an employee audit export that will give you the employees tax code.
It can be run in HR Module> Reports> Exports> Employee Audit.
Add a filter on the 'Field Changed' column to return 'Tax Code' and 'Week 1/ Month 1'.
This should give you all the information that you require.
You can also check an individuals details in Employee Record> Employee Details> Employee History.
