Can I run two different payrolls on the same portal. I.e on running on 4 weeks Mon-Sun and one running from 23rd-24th of each month?

I have a new company on the same portal as my existing company. One payroll is based on four weeks from Mon-Sun and the newer company runs from 23-24th of each month. Is there a way for me to run both payrolls on the same portal or will I need a new portal for the new company?   How would I do it if it is possible?

Hi Matt,

It is possible to have multiple PAYE's/ paybasis' operating on one portal, and they can be a range of pay frequencies. A single portal will use the same Global Settings for all payrolls, so it is important to consider how each payroll operates and who is entitled to access the data. If you have employees transferring from another payroll system, then you will need to arrange for payroll data uploads. If you are using the Pension Module, then there will also be some configuration and data uploads involved here too. You may want to speak to one of our Solution Consultants about your options, you can arrange this by contacting your Customer Support Manager or the Customer Care Team.
