holiday day rate calculation during furlough

How can I run a report showing the holiday date rate as at 31.03.20?
I am confused with how holiday is being calculated whilst on furlough. Maybe because I am entering furlough incorrectly but employees seem to have accrued more over furlough period and not less as I would have expected.
I therefore want to go back to use rates before furlough but unable to back date.
