Hi @Fourth Community
When adding New Calculated Payment Type ‘Furlough Payment’, It changed into primary payment ++ calculated payment type and locked to Annual Salary x 1 / 1 and gives Annual Salary figure instead of Monthly Salary i.e. (Annual salary x 1 / 15). It does not give the options to amend the formula calculations. How do I amend this payment type. is this a bug fix? Hi @Sultan Gori ,
I hope you are well?
This can happen if you try to make too many changes to the payment type once it has been set up. You can raise a case to get this looked into, however if time is limited, it would be faster to create a new payment type and delete the one that is not calculating correctly.
Many Thanks

Dear @Louise Wilson, hope you are well and hope the same. It makes perfect sense. I managed to get another payment type without making multiple changes and it works. Thank you so much for explaining this and very much appreciate your quick response.
