Short pension contribution due to altered % and how to rectify?

Hi,   We have 11 Colleagues on a company pension, I have altered their %’s on their profile to reflect the correct % but it is taking off the banding leaving these Colleagues short on contribution    Rest of Colleagues on Auto Enrollment taking 3% minus banding and same with Employer contribution   How can this be rectified ??   thank you

Please can you confirm that the Pension Scheme has been set up with Bandings in place.

This can be checked in

Pension > Administration > Pension Scheme

Select Pension Scheme

Hi @Murat Celik​ ,

If the Bands apply to some pension deductions and not others, you will need to set up a Worker Group with different rules to the default scheme.

Can this Worker Group be set up without a cost for my 11 Colleagues on a CPS so they are receiving the correct % amounts

Hi @Angela Kemp​ ,

It is possible for you to configure the Worker Group yourself within the Pension Module and we can provide you with instructions on how to do this. If you would like Fourth to set the Worker Group up for you, then there would be a cost. You may wish to discuss the options with your Customer Support Manager.
