How do I block orders that don't reach the MOQ for a supplier?

Minimum and maximum order quantities (MOQs) can be overridden if the user profile permissions allow it. So orders can be blocked only if the user has a user profile that does not have the override permission.

In the first instance I suggest assigning all profiles to yourself to review which profiles can override the MOQ and which cannot, if any. Then you could add or remove profiles from users dependent on who should or shouldn't override. Of course this could change other permissions for users, so proceed with caution.

Only a Fourth consultant can edit profile permissions and create new profiles. If you require any changes or entirely new profiles then you should contact your Customer Success Manager to arrange time with a Solutions Consultant.
