Is it possible to bring in age bandings for National Mimimum Wage / National Living Wage for the first time and does the hourly rate calculate directly from the new starters age or must it be manually input?

Thanks for your question.

 

Hourly rates are not automatically populated, they must be manually entered.

 

When the NMW/ NLW increases, the rates can be batch uplifted. Instructions for this can be found via the following link:

https://fc.force.com/customer/s/article/WFM-Using-National-Minimum-Living-Wage-Batch-update

 

To check for any employees being paid, or due to be paid under the NMW/NLW, the following export can be used:

Payroll Module> Reports> Exports> NMW/NLW for tax year 2018
