So I can clearly identify who will qualify for the new scheme dates for Furlough staff, can you confirn that if staff are on Fourth their RTI will have been submitted that day ?

Hi @Sharon,
The FPS will contain new starters that were paid on the payroll aligned with that particualr FPS file.
