Any reason why this great system of yours is jot letting any one in my company to log-in and place order for tomorrow?

I have been into your portal this morning and there doesn't appear to be an issue, as far as I can see - can you confirm that this is no longer a problem?

Any technical issue such as this should go to our support team, which is available 24 hours.

And as a last resort, if the system is down for any reason you can still place orders by phone and create manual orders when you have system access to account for them.
