Its our first month on fourth. How can I run a FPS report in excel?

The FPS is not available in excel, it populates in the format that HMRC require. You may be able to use excel macros to manipltate the FPS data into columns, but this will depend upon your knowledge of Microsoft Excel.

The FPS contains your payroll data, you can run alternative reports such as the Individual Pay Period Report (Payroll Module> Reports> View Reports) or create a custom report to access the data you require.
