Is there a report I can run, that tells me which employees still have an outstanding balance on a loan?

This is a great question!

In order to access loan information you will need to run the deduction report and enter the deduction record in the employee record in order to access loan information.

 

Payroll > Reports > Exports > Payroll Deductions by Pay Basis

or

Payroll > Reports > View Reports > Payroll Deduction And Attachment report

Hi @Chloe Ward​ ,

You can also run a 'Payslip Data for current tax year' custom report within the Payroll Module for 'Payment Description' and set the condition to LIKE (be sure to select other fields such as 'Employee Name, Employee Number, Company, Pay Basis, Payment Value, Pay Period, Payment Rate, Payment Units etc).

When you run the report enter LOAN in the text box of the following screen. This will provide you with a list of all loans that have been paid in the current tax year.
