Messaging

When someone send out a message, we receive an email stating we got a message with a link to view the message. When I click the link it takes me to a sign up page and my credentials do not work. But this only happens with the link sign in. The message also does not show up in my messages dash board. The only messages I see are the ones I post and the responses to them.
