Having problems with hotschedules

I was just using hotschedules and now im trying to resign into it and its say that my store is inactive and it wont let me log in ! What do i do and is there a website or link to get around it to log in so i can see my schedule

Hello! 

Please reach out to a member of your management team and ask that they reset your login details. They'll need to make sure the right email for you exists in the system and then they can get you on your way.
