IOS showing house shifts I cant delete but not on web version

Hello, I have been having an issue after an employee has expiring work cards after reactivating them there is a house shift that appears on the app version that we can't delete but it doesn't show up on the web version. I have employees trying to pick up these house shifts that don't actually exist. My house shift manager doesn't have anything listed. Any assistance is appreciated.
