Honestly, the new mobile update is terrible. I wholeheartedly believe that the new update is not user friendly and honestly makes navigating the app more challenging than ever. On the new update, you aren’t able to differentiate between shifts according to time like my employer had it previously set up. You have to navigate under the “See who else is working” and then it is just categorized by time of their shift. Very very pointless IMO. Should have to option to use a diff layout if you’re going to roll out trash like this. Honestly one again, go back to the drawing board. *In addition, crew aren’t able to see manager on duty (MOD) because they are now categorized as crew so it says none of them are working. Thumbs down.
