WFM- New location
Hello,
I have followed the guidance as per the article, however I think there must have been some update recently as the fields I see I slightly different to these in the article.
As per the guidance re Configurations of the Rota, organization of divisions should only be switched to “Section” in case the new Location has a different revenue streams. I have left the box unticked, however, each section/division shows separately on Scheduling. Could you please advise on how this can be amended?

Hope you are well,
You have followed the guidance regarding division organisation correctly, however, in order to show all divisions as one you must also tick an additional setting within scheduling.
This can be found on the following pathway:
Scheduling Homepage > Settings > Locations > Select Location > tick 'Schedule departments as one' > Save.
