Excellent customer service and helpful with both sales and information on applying

David was the employee I dealt with at the Ithaca, meadow st FastTrac and I wanted him to be recognized for going above and beyond. He was extremely personable, kind and very helpful. A lot of people in his position are doing the bare minimum and don't really care. He was the opposite and I am hoping that he gets the recognition he deserves.
