Hi community,
We have a number of employees now who are being paid an ‘Additional Responsibility Allowance’, which is paid as a separate pay type to their salary. Is there a way we can include this element in the Rota cost?

Hello,
I believe what you are looking for is metrics:
Metrics can be added to the rota or schedule and appear on the analysis.
This would then be able to include custom figures on the analysis based on a certain metric.
