Clock in and Out

Hi,

One of our employees is unable to clock in and out using their finger print due to medical reasons.

I was wondering if there is a way for them to manually clock in and out at the terminal instead of using their finger print.

Yes, you can request a PIN bypass be created for the employee to clock in and out on the device.

WFM UK: Time & Attendance: Enrolling Employees – Fourth & HotSchedules Customer Success Portal

You can request a PIN for the employee by opening a support ticket with us and we will action it for you.
