Why doesn't the application's Web Clock allow employees to view their cumulative tips in the same way that the website's Time Card does? Many of our employees exclusively use the application because they do not have regular access to a computer, and it is very frustrating for them not to see their hours and tips throughout the pay period. If this is not an option, is there a way to at least view the current week's Time Card via the application? The attached image is the website view. Thanks
Hi Laura, we do have a way to show this via the mobile application. This feature can be enabled for the whole company. It's under the Configuration tab, Company Settings and called Show Estimated Earnings on Mobile.

Hi Laura, I saw you were an admin and gave you the necessary permissions to enable. Please confirm you have access to the Configure tab and then the sub link for Company settings. It should be the first setting on the general tab.

Hi Laura, glad you were able to set up. For your initial request, is it that upon clock out on the WebClock, employees want to see their total hours worked and total tips earned for the pay period?

We do not use the Web Clock for clocking in/out activities, but we have it enabled for viewing purposes. I checked the application this morning, and even though I enabled it yesterday, it still does not show the Estimated Pay option

You should see it when viewing My Schedule. There will be a link called My Pay in the upper right corner.
It'll show just below the grey bar with the number of posted schedules for the week. I'm not at my computer to drop an image here to show you.
