Eploy delay to attach to payroll

Hi there,

We have an integration with Eploy (ATS) to export new starters into Fourth. 

As part of that process, the following day we need to complete the process by attaching the new starter to their payroll company & pay basis, completing the P45/New starter checklist and assigning the line manager. 

Is there a way the HR record can be completed but not the attached to payroll company & pay basis? We want the RTW fields completed ASAP after they start but we don’t attach any new starters to payroll during the week that payroll is being processed so this causes a delay for the RTW to be completed.

  Hi Katie Nutter, Claire Taylor.

  There is a setting called 'Exclude Employee from Payroll' which means the workflow can be completed but the employee won't be available to be paid on payroll until an authorised user allows them to be.
