Fixed Cost Reporting
Hi Community,
Within the rota there are Fixed Costs, and within FC we have 4-5 different cost lines which needs to be filled up manually.
Problem at the moment is we’re unable to analyse these costs in details as Fixed Cost just gets added up to Actual Labour Cost on the v3 report.
The only way to review fixed cost is literally clicking into each rota one by one and opening the Fixed Cost page. Even then once a rota is submitted to payroll, the option to view the FC detail disappear altogether.
Do you have any advise if there is a way around this?

Regarding the issue, you would be able to review fixed costs within the Rota configure locations section of the portal. Please follow the pathway below:
Rotas > Administration > Configure locations > Select location > Click 'Edit Factor X and Fixed Costs'
Here you would be able to see the fixed costs for the location, how they are divided by areas and over the days in the week.The article below will go into further detail on fixed costs:
