Focus - External Schedule ID
I'm trying to understand if there are any specific requirements for the External Schedule ID when attaching to job codes. I get they need to be unique for each job code, but can they be a simple as 1 digit? Do they need to be a specific number of digits? Do they need to start with any specific number?
Thanks in advance for your help...it's been WEEKS btw communication on my open ticket.

Hi James,
Apologies on the lack of response on your ticket you submitted. You can edit these external ID now in your Above Store Console under the Configure Tab, Group Configuration tab. The ID can be whatever you want so as simple as 1, 2, 3, 4 etc. Just click the three dots to the right for each schedule, to edit, then the pencil ICON. Add your external reference ID and save.

Thanks Chris, this makes sense, but I'm not trying to make the changes company wide until I can get our first location resolved. I didn't make any changes but now my other locations are experiencing the same problems.
