Write Ins

When we do inventory we sometimes have to use write ins in order to accurately count everything. If I write in an item in inventory in the current posting period for the current month, will that item stay written in when it's time to do inventory for the next month or do those write ins have to be done all over again?

Thank you for your question. 

 

When you add a product through 'Write-Ins', it will automatically be added to the outlet inventory guide 

Therefore, you will find the product listed under Physical Inventory Count when entering the stock next time.

Please note that the physical inventory count list is based on the outlet inventory guide.

To avoid any manual input when entering the count, you can add the products directly to the inventory guide Adaco: Guide Details
