Posted PO with difference

If there are no signs of a Auto Receiving , how can a PO be posted if there is a difference ?

Example PO 1976 in our Sherway location

Hi, yes,

 

Eataly Sherway is the property and PO #1976 .  The PO was Auto Received though we aren't sure by whom. Could be it was just posted accidentally.  I just do not understand how it was posted with the $73.50 difference either way.\
