Job Grades

Customer cannot see Job Grades under Company Admin  whereas on their hierarchy their Admin and Director levels have full access to Company Administration- please can you advise how to enable them to see this?

Thank you for your post.

The job grade option would only be visible when using the portal administrator account.

This account is not linked to a specific user and is different to a superuser/system user account.

I would encourage reviewing the help article below which further explains the differences between these accounts:

WFM UK: HR: Admin and Super User Login Differences

If unsure of who holds the admin login / the credentials to log in, please raise a case with Fourth Support for this to be reset.

Please note that we will require written approval from a director-level employee in order to reset the account credentials.
