Problem with signing in my account
I created an account and logged in the first time and now it keeps saying my account is suspended. and has still not allowed me to log in.

Hi Ambrose,
Not sure what location you work at but if you're prompted with "store is currently inactive', that means your location is no longer using HotSchedules. If you're prompted with "your account is suspended" you will need to get with your manager as your employee record is now inactive (possibly due to an expired certification or change in active status).
