Managing shift swaps & pick ups

I have 150 servers in my direct workgroup. I'd love to have the option to turn off or turn on a preference that will not allow an employee to see shifts that are released or shifts that are wanting to be swapped when they do not have the availability.

I would also like to know if staff has read messages that have been sent. Such as what you have available on Digital Log Book for management.
