As a manager, you have the option to add, edit, or delete punch records. You might need to add a punch record if an employee forgot to clock in entirely. You might need to edit a punch record if the employee clocked in early or late, or clocked in with the wrong job code. And finally, you might need to delete a punch record if an employee has an erroneous time card altogether.
This is done through the Staff tab, in the Edit Punch Records sublink.
