How can I remove a message from the site?

Management can always reach out to Customer Care if they feel like a message that was sent by an employee needs to be removed from the site. Customer Care will be able to remove the message from the site completely so that employees will not be able to access the content. 

This is possible for both existing and Terminated employees.
