Can i put in time off requests on behalf of my employees?

If your company is new to HotSchedules and previously used another system for your employees time off requests or one of your team members cant get to a computer to put in a request themselves you are probably asking yourself "Can i put in a time off request on behalf of my employees?" 

 

Employees must login to their accounts and put in the requests themselves. If they cannot get to a computer we have an automated phone line where they can do this as well. (866-753-3853) So long as they know their hotschedules password and have their phone number listed in their contact info in hotschedules.

I apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not currently a function of the software. I have gladly submitted the idea for an enhancement request to our product team. These requests are reviewed and prioritized quarterly. We always welcome your suggestions to improve our services.

Can we request that this feature be added ? We are switching from a different system and we have a lot of vacations to re-enter, plus many of our BOH staff does not have computer access. This would be a very helpful feature for managers.
