iPhone App- What does the Hotschedules icon do on a coworkers name?

When logged into your app and looking at the roster for the day, you can select a coworkers name and 4 different contact method icons will appear.

The last icon will be a small Hotschedules symbol. When selecting this, you can send your coworker a message directly to their Hotschedules account from yours. 

You will not leave the application to complete your message. No personal information (phone number or email) is required to use this communication feature.
