When you select Generate Report on HotSchedules, the report you have chosed should generate in a new pop-up window. If you experience any issues with this, try these browser troubleshooting steps.
- There may be a pop-up blocker preventing the report window from generating. Check your internet browser settings to confirm that the pop-up window will not be blocked.
- Attempt to clear the cookies and cache in your internet browser. This can cause display issues on websites. See this article to learn how.
