DRB - How To Deactivate An Employee

If an employee no longer works in your store, deactivate them to remove their name from employee lists in the DigitalRedBook. A deactivated employee will also no longer be able to log into the DigitalRedBook.

Follow these steps to deactivate an employee:

• Tap the employee's name in the Employee list.
• Tap Edit.
• Tap Account Active to uncheck the box.
• Tap Save.
