How do I force an HSConnect sync between HotSchedules and My Point of Sale?

HSConnect runs automatically once a day to pull information into HotSchedules. This can include employees, sales, and labor data.

Although the program will run automatically once a day, HSConnect also allows users to run manual syncs during the day to pull certain information onto the HotSchedules site in the middle of a business day. You should see the option to do so on the back of house POS computer.

• Locate the icon in your desktop toolbar that looks like the HotSchedules logo.  
• Right click on this icon and select the type of sync you would like to run.

The HotSchedules icon will change colors while running, then change back to its original colors when complete.
