If your HotSchedules site is integrated with your Focus POS system, then we should received up to date employee information daily. If new employees are not populating into HotSchedules within a day of adding them, there are a few things you can confirm.
- Confirm is that your Focus system was running at the time the overnight sync is set to go through.
- Ensure that there aren't any letters or special characters within the ID2 field for any employees in Focus. ID2 MUST be only numbers, If ID2 consists of any letters or special characters, then the integration will not bring the employees into HotSchedules.
