What if an applicant fills out an I-9 incorrectly in GoHire?

 Unfortunately, once an I-9 form has been submitted by a new hire through a GoHire onboarding packet, there is no way to go back to edit the responses. We apologize for the inconvenience. If the new hire had not completely finished the onboarding packet before the mistake was noticed, the manager will be able to cancel the onboarding and resend it. Alternatively, managers can have the new hire fill out another copy of the document and then upload it to the employee's onboarding profile. To do so, simply select the new hire from the Hiring List and upload the file in the Additional Documents section.
