Employee's Total Shift Hours Not Matching
Does your employee show in the Scheduler as having more hours than you've actually assigned to them?
Check and make sure that there are no extra long shifts, which can look like this: 8pm-4pm. As you can see, the in time begins in the PM, after the out time. This makes the Scheduler think that the shift is going from 8pm to 4pm the next day, which can really throw off your Overtime calculation.
It's always a good idea to double check the in times and out times if you ever notice any discrepancies. Using Templates and copying your Schedules are not only good ways to save you time - they also prevent this issue from occurring.
Happy Scheduling!
