How do I Cancel/temporarily suspend my HotSchedules contract?
To submit a cancellation request, please click here to fill out the Cancellation Request Form online. You must provide a cancellation request no later than 90 days prior to the expiration of your contract.
Please note that if you choose to terminate your subscription service prior to the end of its current term, you shall pay to Fourth the total remaining fees for the remainder of the current term, in accordance with the Terms & Conditions of your contract.
Our Team will be verifying the terms of service in your agreement and will be reaching out to assist with the cancellation request.
